Return and Refund Policy

1. Return Period
Customers can request a return within 4days of receiving the product. After 6 days, returns or refunds will not be accepted.

2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received.

• The item must be in the original packaging.

• Used or opened items will NOT be accepted for return.

3. Proof for Return Request
When requesting a return, the customer must provide:

• 4 clear photos of the product (all sides)

• 1 video showing the product from all sides

This proof is required to verify the product condition before approving the return.

4. Return Shipping Cost
The customer must pay the return shipping fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Refund Process
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within a few business days.

6. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and video proof.
