Since we operate using a dropshipping model, delivery times may vary depending on the product and delivery location.

Estimated delivery time is up to 4 business days after the order has been shipped.

3. Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a confirmation message with delivery details using the contact information you provided when placing the order.

4. Delivery Delays
While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated time, delays may occasionally occur due to:

• High order volume

• Courier service delays

• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

5. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Souq Al Arabia is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

6. Damaged or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged or if you did not receive your package, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video proof.
